なんと訳すんでしょうか：motivational speaker

アーロン・シュワルツのブログでこんな一節をみつけてメモ：

　愛用の研究社新英和大辞典にも "motivational speaker" は載っていません．

　こういう用語に強そうな英辞郎にあたると，訳語はなく，用例と訳文が1つだけでてきました：

He is a nationally acclaimed motivational speaker.
彼は全国的に高く評価されている意欲を起こさせる演説者です。

苦心した説明調の訳となっています．どうも，定番の訳語はないようですね．

　ウィキペディアの説明は次のようになっています：

A motivational speaker is a professional speaker who makes speeches intending to lift up and motivate their audiences.
