「主観性」＠トローゴットと「主体性」＠ラネカーのちがい

おなじ "subjectivity" というタームを使っているのでこんがらがっちゃいますが，トローゴットとラネカーでは定義がちょっとちがいます．上記の訳文でラネカーも少しふれていますように，トローゴットの場合，ある構成素が (a) 話し手の主観的な態度を (b) 明示的に表すのを「主観的」といいます．それに対して，ラネカーは (a) 客体的な事象に対する話し手の捉え方が (b) 非明示的なものとなっていることを「主体的」と呼んでいます．

　また，両者の違いについて，ラネカーは1998年の論文でこうコメントしています：

My position is compatible with Traugott's because her comment pertains to "the early stages of grammaticalization", whereas I have been more interested in the later stages, where objective elements are progressively stripped away, to the point where little if anything is left behind onstage."
