用例メモ："I can have done"

ふるいノートに書きとめてあったので*1：

If when I make my mind up I decide to raise my hand rather than lower it, this is not something I can have done on the basis of some earlier decision to arrive at that particular decision rather than its opposite.

どうみても「できる」の可能・能力の意味ですが，完了不定詞をともなって使われています．
